Conducted consulting and executive training projects in the USA , Asia, Africa , and the Middle-East in strategic planning, organisational development, conflict management, and negotiation.
Conducted consulting and executive training projects in the USA , Asia, Africa , and the Middle-East in strategic planning, organisational development, conflict management, and negotiation.
Regency Hotels Group . I conducted an extensive organisational analysis and performance improvement project for the Regency Hotels Group. This project included management development training in leadership, team building, conflict management and negotiation.
Kampala International University , Uganda . I performed a comprehensive organisational analysis of Kampala International University (KIU) in Uganda and helped the senior administrator to develop a strategic plan.
Uganda Customs Service . I conducted a two-week Leadership and Management Development training for 25 senior administrators of Uganda Customs Service, and for 30 senior officials of the Uganda Revenue Authority. The training content focused on strategic management, leadership skills, team building, negotiation and conflict management, and performance evaluation systems. The project was funded by The United States Agency for International Development (May, 2002).
Executive Development Training . I conducted training in Leadership, and Advanced Negotiation Strategies for companies in Singapore , Malaysia , Philippines , India , Hong Kong , Uganda , and the USA . Some of the organisations are: Regency Hotels Group; Barrister Microsystems Corporation; PSI International; The Washington D.C. Chamber of Commerce; IndianOil (India); Project Management Institute (USA); Malaysian Oxygen; Prudential (Singapore); Management Concepts; Singapore Institute of Management (SIM); IQPC – Asia; ETELS Training Networks (Malaysia); Kampala International University; Uganda Customs Service; and Uganda Revenue Authority.
