Raffles The Plaza, Singapore, a five-star luxury brand, and Swissotel the Stamford, Singapore, a five-star Deluxe brand, are both located in the heart of Singapore's business historical, cultural and shopping districts. It is only a short walk to Singapore Management University, where the conference will be held. The Society banquet on Friday evening will be held at Raffles/Swissotel in its beautiful Stamford Ballroom. The hotel complex is part of the Raffles City Center, which also includes a shopping center and office tower.

This luxury hotel complex offers deluxe guest rooms at two special INFORMS price levels. All rooms are tailored to meeting the needs of discerning travelers, with broadband Internet access, complimentary coffee/tea facility, cable TV, in-room safe and more. You can also select from 17 restaurants and bars, offering a wide variety of cuisines from Szechuan to Italian, Japanese, continental and local choices.

Children under 12 years, sharing the adult's room with existing bedding, stay free of charge (maximum of one child per room). Extra bed, if required, is S$60 per night.

All rates quoted are in Singapore dollars and are subject to 10% service charge, 1% government tax and 5% goods & services tax. Single/ double room is with one king size bed; Twin room is with two "super single" beds.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a one night-room rate advance deposit or by use of major credit cards at the point of booking. For credit card guarantee, the Hotel requires information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date.

A limited number of rooms have been blocked in each price category at the special INFORMS rates. We recommend that you make your reservations early, since rooms will book quickly. After May 26, reservations will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing rates on a space-available basis.
