Dawn Dekle Dean of The Center for Leadership S.P. Jain Center of Management Dr. Dawn Dekle is Dean of The Center for Leadership, S.P. Jain Center of Management (SPJCM). Prior to joining SPJCM, Dr. Dekle was a leadership expert with McKinsey & Company. She has degrees in Cognitive Psychology ( Dartmouth College , Ph.D.) and Law ( Stanford University , J.D.). She is also a Council Member of The Singapore Institute of International Affairs, and a regular television commentator and analyst on leadership issues for BBC, Al Jazeera, and Channel News Asia. |

Francis Tanglao-Aguas Associate Professor College of William & Mary Francis is a playwright, actor, director, producer, and teacher of theatre, film, and dance. He was born in Pampanga, Philippines until his family left for Nigeria, West Africa with the wave of Overseas Filipino Workers in the early 1980s. He graduated top of his class from the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television, receiving both his B.A. in Theater, Magna Cum Laude, and his Master of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing. At UCLA, he was Founding Artistic Director of Theater Underground, the university's undergraduate resident theater company. Sebastian Anthony
Trainer, Taining Vision Sebastian is a strong believer in the power of experiential learning and to that end; he attended a Train-the-Trainer programme conducted by Merribrook, Australia. He went on to develop his expertise in Outdoor Experiential Learning (OEL) where he uses OEL as a tool, which acts as, an entry point to Organizational Development (OD), which in turn looks at aspects of business transformation. He conducted a research in Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Leadership Development using OEL and he went on to publish his research in 2004 in the Annals of Academy of Medicine Singapore, the first Human Resource related article to be published in a leading Medical Journal. He contributed a chapter to a book entitled “Slim Chance, Fat Hope” , where Assoc. Prof. Catherine Tay is the editor. His chapter related the behavioral aspects of losing weight, setting up first with a clear Vision of the future rather than just losing weight for the short run. |
